Join FUR at Barn Star Events on Jonathan Creek Rd in Waynesville for our 8th annual BBQ fundraiser! Conveniently located off of I-40, there will be music, raffles, a silent auction and, of course, a BBQ lunch from Ben’s Backdraft BBQ that will make you purr!
Buy a plate and help support FUR’s mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome the abused, abandoned and neglected cats of Western NC. Tickets are on sale now!
An individual ticket is $35 and comes with one plate of food and unlimited sweet (or unsweetened) tea, water and coffee, plus all the live music, games and camaraderie you can handle! There will be a cash bar for those interested in wine or beer. (Please bring your ID.)
A sponsorship is $150 and comes with two plates of food, 4 alcoholic beverages and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages! Additional beer or wine may be purchased at the cash bar. (Please bring your ID.)
The annual FUR meeting will begin at 1 pm, and the BBQ lunch will begin at 1:30 — all are welcome!
